Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw closes on 1st August 2008
2. This prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 17 or over. It is not open to agents or employees of the promoter, their immediate families or anyone professionally involved in this prize draw.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. To enter the prize draw you must first complete the registration form on the WhatcanIdowithmydegree.nhs.uk website at www.whatcanidowithmydegree.nhs.uk/prizedraw
4. Entrants must complete the form before the closing date of 1st August 2008
5. No applications from agents, organised groups, bulk, or third party applications will be accepted. Incomplete entries or entries not in accordance with the entry rules will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter or any of its associated companies cannot be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted, delayed or lost entries. No responsibility will be accepted for corrupted, incomplete or illegible entries/claims (which may be disqualified) or entries/claims which fail to arrive by the specified closing dates as stated above. Proof of entry not accepted as proof of receipt.
7. The winner will be selected at random on 4th August 2008 in the presence of an independent judge from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
8. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The winner will be notified by email within 96 hours of the closing date.
The winner must claim the prize within 45 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to another winner selected in accordance with the prize draw rules.
10. The winner will be asked to confirm their postal address before the prize is awarded.
11. The prize will consist of a 5� x 4� panel of the original artwork created, shipped free of charge to the prize winner. No cash alternative will be given.
12. Details of the winner (name and town) will be posted on www.whatcanidowithmydegree.nhs.uk/prizedraw from date 8th August 2008 � 29th August 2008
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion. The winner�s name, age and name of the town where they live may be published or broadcast by NHS Careers and/or NHS Employers. This information may be kept by NHS Careers and/or NHS Employers and published again for NHS Careers and/or NHS Employers purposes only.
14. By entering the prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Prize Draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. The Promoter is NHS Employers, (Bressenden House, 29, Bressenden Place, London, SW1E 5DD). The Data Controller is John Worth Media Ltd, 20 Middle Street Brighton BN1 1AL, and is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
